Budi SL Tobing SH No. 1 dated 17 April 2009 has obtained approval from the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. AHU-24748.AH.01.02.TH.2009 dated June 5, 2009. The Company’s Articles of Association have been amended several times, the latest amendment was made through notarial deed No. 03 dated July 06, 2017 of Wida Frida Nisa, SH., M.Kn. in Depok. The country which has been approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in its Decision Letter No. AHU-0013929.AH.01.02. 2017 on July 06, 2017.
